SERVICES WE DO NOT PROVIDE:

  • Infertility evaluation and treatment

  • Surgical/invasive procedures such as biopsy, hysterectomy, delivery, diagnosis of endometriosis, or treatment of abnormal bleeding

  • Abortion

  • Late term pregnancy care (past 20 weeks)

  • Ultrasound exams past 20 weeks

  • Contraception

  • Management of PCOS or other chronic conditions

  • Other interventions requiring continuity of care

  • Prenatal diagnosis and genetic counseling

​In compliance with state law, every patient receives a referral list of local OB-GYN and/or low cost health centers for services Life Choices Clinic & Care Center does not provide. Referrals are not necessary for abortion and certain other services listed above.
